have problem.. back bumber got hit and was dented, i poped out the dent so the bumper is fine but i have someones bumper makers and the paint scratched off, bumper underneath is black. Collison care is charging me 300$ so i think i will do it my self. do i sand it down then paint it, or do i need some kind of primer, how does this work?
