hellppp! in austin,texas

i hope anybody can help me

i currently moved to austin about a year ago and i believe the regulator for my driver side window has broken... i took apart my door panel halfway to look inside and i see parts of what i belive is the regulator on the bottom of my panel... i figured something was wrong after the window wouldn't go up after i had rolled it down.. i have a 2001 cl-p ... i hear the motor running when im pressing the up and down button so i dont think its the motor ...

I think i might have to take it to the Sterling Acura dealership which is off 35 for those who are familiar with the austin area but i am afraid they might charge me a lot... I am a current student at UT soo if anybody can suggest any other alternative such as other good body shops around the area or just going to the dealership, it would help a lot ... right now i am without a car because i don't want to get anything stolen .. and i work soo i can someone can help me

thanks in advance to anybody who can help

Danny

see how much they want to charge you. i have never looked at the regulator so i can't say how hard it is to change. if you want to try it i have a garage and tools.
