Height adjustability with Konis?

Does anyone know the degree to which the Koni yellow's adjustable perch will allow for changes in ride height? I had been told something like 30mm front/15mm rear, but can't remember too well. I'd like to know how much further they'd allow me to lower my car (I currently have Comptech springs) and if the lowering can de done in certain increments or if it's an all-or-nothing situation. Thanks!

It is all or nothing with the Konis and they can not be set at their lower position on our cars due to clearance issues. Plus, the Konis say only to use the lower position if the car is on factory springs (this will lower the car using OEM springs). They say not to put them on using lowering springs and the lowest setting.

Thanks, but that really sucks! This is b/c of all the Accord parts being used for the CL. We NEED CL-S specific parts!

Yeah, I keep seeing different comments on the Konis and wanted to see if someone has actually installed them on a CL, or attempted to, and used their adjustable perch for ride-height modification.

The Konis only lower your car a 1/2 inch! at the max!!! It's not worth it!

Well if it's an additional 1/2" drop to what I already have from the Comptech springs I'd get them, that's the drop I'd like. Besides, I'm probably gonna end up getting Konis eventually so if they give me the look I want I'll just get them sooner. And I didn't get different springs b/c the only other ones I was considering were the Eibachs (Pro-Kit) and most of the pics I saw of CLs with these springs looked like if the rear was sagging.

The lower perch as I remember was probably 1.5 inches lower than the upper perch for the Konis. It was def. more than 0.5 inch. How this translates when all is said and done using the stock springs I don't know. Maybe in final form it is only a 0.5inch overall drop.

Someone tried (Astroboy) to have them put in at their lower setting but found it wasn't possible without banging out the wheel wells or something.

Yes it is, but thats on the lower perch. I've heard two different stories about using the lower perch. Koni says no; Neuspeed says yes. I'm more inclined on listening to Koni reps.
My friend had them on his accord, at the lowest perch, for about 2 months. He liked them but one blew within the first two weeks. Their gone now, his car got stolen.
If your serious about a lower drop. Get the konis and lower spring.

Which did he have on his car? I know Koni will not warranty there shocks if they are used with lowering springs on the lower perch. Damn, if you can blow a koni out you must be doing some heavy duty abuse b/c those things are solid!
