i got a not a really pleasent surprise in the morning,, my headlights are gone. My car was parked in the parking lot nxt to my house overnite and in the morning...
my lights are gone...

I have full coverage, and have filed a claim through my insurance already. will hear from them soon.

Should I get it fixed through a dealer or are there any other shops that could do the job better? I live in Queens..


While taking out my lights they damaged my fender bumper and scratched my hood...plus they cut out the housing of lights and some wires.....So I am jus fuckin pissed...Dayom thosse M**********.....

 

owned. You should get a shock sensor installed since you will be parking there again, so if they try again it'll set off teh alarm.

Lot of people in Queens have had their lights jacked..A guy on the TL side posted stolen lights a little while ago.

 

how much is your deductible? your only going to pay that.. might as well let the dealer or anyone that you can trust b/c insurance is going to pay the rest!!! what year is your car??

 

i found a place Finish Line in valley stream, they do all the body work for the Acura dealership in valley stream long island..

I need a passenger side fender and possibly a bumper as well...the guy gave me an out of box estimate of about $4500... My deductible is about $200 so hopefully it'll be covered....

 

so it seems. this is the only part of the country where i have heard about that problem on here.

that sux, hid's are the new trend. your a if you got them.they are in demand and make thieves $$$. the killer is your hid's prob got sold in the street for like $100.

i'm myself,live in north jersey just got a 6k kaixen hid kit. hoping i don't come out and my headlight are missing.

 

do not go outside right now. they may be hard at work on uninstalling them headlights for you. :thief:
