headlights out of position

Does anyone know how to fix the headlights if the beam ouf light on the passenger side is higher than the drivers side. When I got my lights stolen I had them replaced but now when Im driving one of the lights is shining higher than the other. I Need some advice.......anyone?

How to level/adjust the lights
This should be done when lowering the car to preserve the amount of area lit by the lights.
Note that you should 'measure' the current level of the lights by shining the lights on a brick wall prior to lowering the car. (or a similar method).
To adjust the lights, find the 3 tooth screw just behind the headlights, and turn that.
