Here's the DIY to remove the bumper to get to the headlights.

There are only a few bolts that hold them in. Prep yourself to do a lot of wiggling back in forth to get the bumper off.

 

i can vouch for the wiggling i took my bumper off now that i think about it just to see if i could its not to bad just take the bolts and pins out oh and some advice is to spray some WD-40 or liquid wrench on the 3 screws that are on the top of the bumper under the grill many many people end up stripping those out so be carful and yes their is a lot of wiggling and pulling to get the hooks off to put the bumper back on 2 people make the job a lot easier

 

Didn't think the bumper needs to be removed to get the headlights. But I removed it once already when installing an Icebox. Thanks for the tip.
