Headlight

After I washed my car today, I noticed that there was condensation in my drivers side headlight. Can I take it to the dealer and have it fixed? What can I do. Thanks in Advance

If they haven't been cleared and you're under warranty, they'll fix it. They probably won't if you've opened it up for any reason and it's a result of a bad seal.

Thumbs down

Well, I called couple of dealers and the Dealer were I bought my car and I was told that it's not covered. I have a certified car and It's still not covered. I have to replace everthing not just the lens and that will cost me $375 for parts and labor plus tax. I think that's a bunch Of BS. Any suggestions On what I could Do?

I'd go in there and raise hell that the car is under warranty and if they still don't fix it, I'd take it to another dealer. It's frappin' certified! BUMPER to BUMPER for 62k miles! Read my post about my rotors... https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=171659 I got them to cover my rotors, even though it's not the same thing, headlight seals should not be wear and tear.

i'm sure you could find a good used one on ebay and just replace it yourself. it's kind of a pain in the butt to have to take off the bumper, but if it's gonna save you a lot i say go for it. and like deshearon said, you could clear them while your at it...

bumper to bumper it should be covered, if you make a lil stink, they should change their mind, its not like you're asking for a new engine
