header bolt size
i hope the sizes are identical to comptech ones
just checked and they list the following sizes
6 - 10mm x 32 Bolts
6 - 10mm lock nuts
12 - 10mm washers
i'm getting crush washers to make installation easier for myself

good luck trying to find them at a hardware store, I went to several stores and couldn't find any thing similar in style. I did find some similar in size though. But the head was 17mm. Only I know that I can get OE bolts is to order them from from the dealer at +$6.00 each. However there is one place you might want to call. http://www.collegehillshonda.com/parts/
Try the accord parts.
BTW: if you do use bolts from the hardware store. The thread size is 1.25mm.

i want the washer where when i make it hand tight i won't need 2 wrenches to tighten these down

Then you need lock washers. Crush washers do literally that -- they crush. They are made of malleable metal.
For your use, you want lock washers. You got the right ones. Do they have little ridges on the bottom side? If so, they are OK.

I just pulled off a set of Comptech Headers today. The bolt sizes above look correct.
The washers that come with the headers are just plain flat washers. Lock Nuts come with the kit and this is common for exhaust bolts. Lock washers sometimes do not hold up under the heat and will turn into flat washers. Once they lose their spring, they're worthless to keep the nuts from backing off.
If you get lock nuts, make sure they are all metal. Some lock nuts use a type of plastic like nylon to create the resistance.
