I was interested in the OBX headers they had on eBay and sent them a couple e-mails asking about shipping costs. They never responded. I even left a phone message and still never heard a thing. They've sold a ton of stuff on eBay but 11% of their feedback is either neutral or neg. I didn't end up buying from them.

Keep calling them, they're bound to answer the phone eventually. Worst case, just contest the charge with your credit card co. I wouldn't worry too much after only a week.

Now they are selling the SS OBX headers for $289 plus shipping acutally there are 2 auctions that close at 11:00 PM ....

Too good to be true... but from my research on their feeedback... buyers are getting what they bought at least 3 weeks later... some after 1 month still no show....


Note: I emailed them 4 times for shippment tracking info and NO reply.

I called 2 times... I asked why it was not shipped yet ...no reason is given... I was told it would be shipped today or tomorrow... it is now 4 days...

I've done buisness with them many times Nashua, and they are straight..but customer service kinda sucks, which i found out when the screwed up an order, but they corrected the situation and refunded my money.

I was finally able to talk to stacy at massivemotorsports... I have been told that OBX sent them the wrong appliaction for the strut bars... which means that they sell items that are not in stock and they order from OBX after you pay....

I was also informed that they would get the correct strut bars this week... So, I agreed to call this friday... to check on the status of the shipping...

After some 1/2 dozen callls... Hearing 3-5 BS excuses....and more than 20 days later... They finally shipped the ordered item via FedEx 2Day Service

We will see what I will get... now, Tomorrow is off... so maybe I will get it this Friday.

I just got the OBX strut bar.... first inspection.... It looks Okay...

Ah... I just noticed that it has some nicks and minor scratches on the polished bars... no wonder why it's being sold for $39 plus shipping, (total is $54)... Now let us see if it fits..
