has anyone changed out their headlight bulbs for something different

please post pics, i love the oem ones i have now, but im curious to see what other people have done.

the HIDs are stock.


the high beams are piaa superwhite halogen.

try some ome 4100k d2s if you want brighter. same wattage, but no black coating. I know some ppl on here have done it. i would not change your oem bulbs unless u have osram and want to try philips. the philips are more white instead of purple, but the osrams put out more yellow which is better in the rain. i definitely wouldnt buy philips 6000k ultinons or whatever. are you going for looks or performance? higher kelvin = less output especially in the rain.

maybe i shoudve been more clear. i was talking about the hid's only.

VXCL-i just wanna see pics. not necessarily looking for change. i have seen some lexus's and new accords with HID's so i figured what us guys are doing to ours over here.

i also have the 6000k phillips bulbs they made a great improvement , makes the color look more similar to audi's

My father has an RL. And when you put the two cars next to eachother, his headlights look more Blue-purple. It kinda makes mine look like I dont have HID, but fake PIAA bulbs.

What bulbs do the RL's use??

the real problem is acura using damn xenon reflectors. bout time they switched to a projector like the rest of the high end autos. i want a tl so damn bad.
