last night in front of my friends apt. i saw someone try to snatch my type-s emblem..!!!
im like what the fuck!!!! so i ran outside and got him b4 he fucked up my car...!!! b4 i went out i told my friend to get this on tape...so i have this on tape and all..now im planning to black mail his ass!!! should i do that...? or is it fucked up..!!!?

I'd be careful with that tape. You did punch him in the face twice. I know most states won't let you shoot someone in defense of property, but I'm not sure about assault. I'd hate to see you go to the cops and wind up in jail for assault while the scumbag get a slap on the wrist.
