Had a encounter with newest body style vette
My cousin came by to see how my car was on the nitrous so I turned on the bottle and we went for a ride.
We were stoped at a light in the front row.I rolled off then punched it.Now mind you I only have a few bolt on's and 100shot on a plain 01 cl.I lite the tires threw the light and started to let off when a vette with the newest body style flew up beside me with a whoosh sound."man,, it sounded sick". So we are coming to the next light in traffic and the vette is trying to get positioned to get beside me.Now seeing this,I'm trying to do the same.Now we are leaving the next light and I'm directly behind him.You would think theres a kid driving now because he's falling back leaving a gap then flying up on the car in front of him trying to show me he got a bad car.
While in 35 mph traffic in a 45mph zone now he's dipping from the left to the right waiting for a opening to break out.At this point there's only a car on the left and one on the right in front of us.
So now he's almost riding the left line in the left lane getting ready to go.As soon as I seen there was enough room for him to go I was already spraying.Now if he did'nt go I would rear end the s@#$ out of him
He went and I followed with all I had and till we got to about 70-75 he did not leave me for nothing.
Now I know and you know, straght up he would of smoked me off the line,or even in the long run.But he did not want to go over the 70-75 we were going.I guess he was trying to play but was scared to really play.Either way my cousin was like you were all over that dude laughing.I kept telling him the whole ride back the guy would've killed my car.but he was laughing saying I didnt know your car was that fast.
I know that guy must have been saying to himself some like those dam ricers.
Vettes are bad ass cars and I would never put one down,hell there my favorite cars,It's just funny how it looked to my cousin that my car looked like it could hang.
