Don't use the gaskets (between the engine and the header) that they give you or the bolts. Most people just re used the existing gaskets or replace them with Acura OEM. There are a few (3 I think) rings that go between the header parts, those are fine to use.

The stock bolts are going to be in pretty rough shape, you will want to replace them. I'm not sure what gauge or length you need, but I know that they can be purchased at a Home Depot type of a store.

Some one else will have to chime in on the specs of the bolts.

If i recall correctly they were size M10X30or40. When you purchase the new nuts and bolts I would go with a pitch around 1.25. I "think" thats what I got, not sure though. Don't forget to get new 10M washers and lock washers too.

so the factory size wont work? I"m not sure about the thread of the bolts u mentioned.

i was thinking about just buying some header bolts for accord 98 v6 from honda, and the rest of flange, catalytic converter bolts.

Please use the FAQ. This has been brought up many many times. There are enough threads about it.

There are NO factory bolts to use. Go to a hardware store and get M10x30 or 40 (that is the bolt size) Dont use the gaskets that go between the head and the manifold. Reuse the stock gasket or buy new ones.
