Not beside the mechanic who test drove it for 5 min. if that. I have dealt with this service dept. before remember when I was thrown out cause my headlights were condensing so I knew what to expect.

My main issue is before the car complety warms up meaning drive for at least 5 min. because before that shifting into 2nd its grinds into gear.

Dude I think your way over reacting. Your going to through away this great 6 speed CLS for your old car? Just wasting the $$ you put in taking the mods off, & puting them back on, & the $$ you have in the new car, plus YOU have to pay them for the milage you put on it, & waste all the time you put in?? Dude that's just stupid! You have this little "problem" in 2nd gear. Doesn't mean the tranny is bad, doesn't mean the car is bad. You had it 200 miles, maybe a little more. You have 43K miles before the warranty runs out. If the tranny went before that you would be covered. I have only heard of 1 6 speed tranny issue on this board. I think it was a bad syncro. Other people reported the same issue with 2nd in colder weather. At least drive the thing a few more weeks, ot months. Who know's if your 02 will have another tranny problem? Even if it's covered, you would spend more time getting it replaced.
