Guess Whos getting NEW leather.....UNDER WARRANTY!!!!!
I called the dealer this morning and I told them my leather is cracking.....NO QUESTIONS ASKED, they ordered me a new leather seat cover for my front drivers side seat. It gets done July 9th.....I LOVE MY DEALERSHIP. They didn't even have to see it!!!!!

wish I had that kind of luck with Crown Acura when I had 3 CD players go bad in the car. They made me bring it down to the dealer each time to see it before they'd order me a new one. I've yet to be compensated for my seven CDs they never returned, let alone for the pain in the ass it was to drive down to the dealer (45 mins away) twice for each CD player. be thankful you have such a helpful dealer near by.

I found this dealership when I was told I wold have to wait 2 weeks for an oil change at the place were I bought my car from.....I give the srvice guy tha I go to a $10 or $20 handshake and good things happen!!!!!! Its soooooo worth it!!!!!!

no shit man.....i also go to crown....i have a first gen 2.2 auto and ever since ive bought it, ive never been happy with the way the tranny shifts....they told me all sorts of bullshit and inturn said it was fine....i know its not fine, but they wont help....we need a better dealer,,, and one closer to tarpon, NPR

typeR bought his there too and has even had his tranny replace and he had no problems. guess it's just hit and miss. i'll be bringin mine there again soon for an oil change, to get my rotors machined, and to hopefully see if they can fix the wind noise that comes in the moon-roof. ill let everyone know how that goes.

Mine was replaced last week too ! Didn't have to look at it either. I didn't like that fact that they contract it out and 53 miles were put on my car !

OMFG!! The dealership ruined my seats completely... those jackasses have no clue about upholstering! Leather is loose and all over the place, the seat backs don't snap in any more, it is just not the same...
I am shocked that those idiots didn't contract it out, rather let the grease monkeys play with leather seats!!
All hell is breaking loose if not fixed!

The dealership ruined my seats completely... those jackasses have no clue about upholstering! Leather is loose and all over the place, the seat backs don't snap in any more, it is just not the same...I am shocked that those idiots didn't contract it out, rather let the grease monkeys play with leather seats!!

I made sure I found our where it was going...........my guy said they contract it out to a custom upholsetry shop...THANK GOD. They take the seat out of the car and leave the car at the dealer.

Well......I don't plan on keeping my CL long enough for the leather to crack agian. If I do keep it........I will have another toy in the garage........93 Cobra or Corvette...... to baby!!!!!
