she doesnt have to pay for your car. her insurance does. she just pays her deductible. if you have pains, you MUST got to the doctor, her insurance company will pay for it all

If your neck hurts then you can sue for "punative" damages in america. Thats why I siad go see a doctor because if the doctor says there is something wrong with your neck then its not fraud.

In canada you can only sue for something you can put value on for instance a wrecked car but your insurance company will cover you and then sue the other insurance company to get recap some of there losses also technically you can sue for lost wages

But in Canada you can not put a value on pain and suffering

so no value no money

Im not a lawyer by the way I just know some Sh**

Oh ok...gotcha.

Yeah punitive damages are hard to win in court.

All the times I served on a jury...they are seldom awarded in the Civil system...IMO

Nice of you disdain the sueing part as there are folk that are litigation happy. However your health is a different issue. If there is soft tissue damage which could entail muscle, tendons, or ligaments there could be some delayed pain/spasm symptoms ahead for you. If there is spinal damage involving vertebral disc, facet joints, nerve roots etc. stuff could be considerably more invloved. Over the next few days take note of pain symptoms, dizziness or numbness/tingling especially in the arms/hands. If these occur Go See A Doc.
