Got my Pullies in........wooohooo..

YEah, great.............well atleast the look real nice, im not going to install anything yet, if they give the amount of hp i am expecting..........2-3hp, then i will sell to someone on the accord board.

I think i am the farthest south that anybody has received the pullies so far, i heard of someone that lives in NY that hasn't even received them yet.

Yep, I got mine yesterday too, no 2002 Catalog.... We are stuck, I called off the installation.... that sucks, you have the pulleys and they do look great, but they do nothing for the CLS now.. hopefullly UR will get the CLS Alt Pullye soon...

So you still want to install even though there is no hp gain with the crank and ps pulley, via the 6spd type s? I just cant imagine the alt pulley freeing up much hp, maybe itll help if you are at WOT racing down the road with the AC full blast, radio thumping with a big amp and speakers, all the lights are on(including inside), high beams too with the heated seats on, and moving the 2 seats through all possible positions........then i could see it gaining some hp with the help of the Alt pulley..

Nah... it is not that, I still believe there is a decent gain in those pullyes. Maybe not 20+ WHP , I would be happy with 10+ WHP...

It is the trip to installation place that is a concern, I would like to do it in one trip.

Wait till we see a dyno for CL-S 5AT with UR pulleys, who knows may be on an Auto it does make more power than the 6-speed.

I just got off the phone with UR to question the status of my order. They told me there is a delay with the type S pullies becasue of the alternator for the type s. They estimate about 2 weeks before they are ready to ship out.

But i thought the guy was saying that he got the car dyno'd with the 2 pullies on? HE DIDN'T! well that makes me feel a little better!! Can (whatever his SN is) let me know that this is the truth, the dyno of 221.5hp was only with I/E and just stock pullies?

Cls3.2 . Are you installing the crank and PS pullyes?... Or, are you waiting for Alt pullye like my sorry and sad ass...

And for another assurance here is the Dyno for the "crank-only" UR SS on 2002 Maximma 3.5 L V6.

TypeR good to know.. Did you notice that the VQ 3.5 has only 200 WHP max, but still hast 217 Lbft! at low rpms... Imagine if we had that amount of torque too...

Just a thought. How is the alternator belt going the fit on the smaller crank pulley (if you have just the UR ps and crank installed)? The stock belt should be too large. And so should the one recommended by UR...

No, im not going to install the crank and the PS pullies right now, i want to see what other people dyno first before i do any installing right now, plus i dont want to pay more money on 2 install trips.

I want to tell UR that i am keeping the accord Alt pully until i see a dyno for the 5AT cl-s, if its a good dyno, then i will send in the accord Alt pully, if not a good dyno, then i will keep the Accord Alt pully and sell the set to someone on that board, because they have a good hp gain and i know i could sell it quick for the price i paid for it.

Once you change the crank pulley, both betls should be replaced. The PS and Alt have the same diameter as the stok ones. Only they are lighter.

Ah, ok. I figured they would be a tad smaller to reduce the 'underdriven-ness' of the accessories. Guess not...

It would be nice if UR president drop us an email saying that the CLS alt pulleys are ready! and they would be shipped next week!

I do not know how tough it would be to make the same Alt pulley of the Accord V6 but with different offset. It should not take long.

Oh, we can just wish...
