Got a letter in the mail titled "Important Vechile Warranty Information" anyone else

My mom got an Important Vechile Warranty Information card in the mail. It gives an Onwer Id number and says to call them about the warrenty. Under priority it says HIGH. Its for a 1999 TL..

It's probably just one of those extended warranties that everyone tries to sell you when your factory warranty is about to be up.
