I don't know if buying a 330 would be a good choice for some. It costs approx. 8k more than the 323. That would give you 225 HP vs the 184 offered in the new 323. If you were to go with a used 328, thats would be a bad idea (I owned a '96 328is). However, the 2001 323 is a newer car and has 184HP vs. the 193HP on the 328. With the less hp, I would still go for the 323 because its a newer car with the newer style. If you were talking about the older/new (2000) type 328 with the E46 body, then its still running approx. 6k more than the current 323. Just my 2cents worth....=)

Dude all 323, 330 whatever all 3 series are junk! Well if I had to buy a 3 series I would spend the extra dough and get the 330 better performance. The 330 isnt a good value, but its loads better than the 323.
