I recently bent my left front rim but very minor,you cant' tell unless you look closely,I can slighly feel it in the steering wheel and petal.Here's the thing normally my car is crap if I hit WOT at over 80 mph in auto mode,but after I bent my rim I hit WOT doing 80-85,in 4th gear the car would "gun it"all the way to redline,then shift to 5th.I just never felt the car pick up so fast at that speed,usually it would just shift to 5th gear at WOT and dragg its balls.Also I'm chirppin 2nd gear all stock and in need of a tune up with 19's is that a bad trannie thing?,Is any of the stuff normal????

your description of whats going is hard to understand. but based on what you are saying, it sounds like your tranny is doing something weird. why would the auto tranny shift to 5th at those speeds? if you are WOT, you should never get to 5th gear, NEVER!

That's what I was thinking... and if you're going WOT at 80-85... wouldn't you downshift into 3rd and pull up to around 100 and shift into 4th which would pull you up to 147 (governed)?
