Good Prices?

Ok i'm closer then ever to getting my CL-S. I want to get it this weekend. Dealer pricing now. One deal I got was $28,900. 2002 without nav. Is that a good price? I have quote requests in to other dealers too. Also have a question on dealer fees. Are these haggleable? The dealer fee is $398.50.
Thanks

That sounds like a good price for a 2002. What I did was negotiate the OTD price, tso there were no dealer fees and crap. I figured out a price for the car, added the destination charge, plus the tax in my area and rounded it down to a nice number (so if it came to $30,140, that's $30k). Screw all those dealer fees and sh!t.... they're just gravy for them. I went to 2 dealers, one gave me my price (it wasn't $30k, that was an example) and I bought from them.....
