3) Comptech SS Brake Lines
5) High Boost Pulley
6) Mugen Thermostat 19301-XGMR-0000

I'd say from a dealer...thats pretty damn good prices. You could prolly search and save some cash but to have a dealer install and warranty!!!!!

Never heard of a dealer with a dyno myself... what dealer is it? They could just be sending the business over to another shop and taking comission, but good stuff... great deal, all in all. The warranty and reliability are well worth that price.

Damn you have $6K to drop like that at once? I'd trade the CLS & use that $6 towards a faster car, better car. But for a dealer install with warranty that's not bad of a price. You could save some $$ by installing the TS, fan switch & Radiator cap.

Redline auto tranny filter from a dealer. The acura manual states you should use Honda fluid exclusively. I woould ask the dealer and if the he answers incorrectly, I would show him the manual. he ought to know better.

Do you really need an Air/Fuel gauge?

I went with a boost/vac gauge as well as a fuel pressure gauge.

Was considering also getting a Trans Temp gauge but in the end i went with just those two.

Also are you relocating your battery or did you buy a new, smaller one? (51r)

Ah the good ol C2's.

Believe me i went back and forth with this on which gauge line to go with.

Hands down the C2 models, when lit up, look better then just about any gauge i've ever seen. You can't beat that blue glow.

That being said however I went with the Phantom line due to their overall logical use.

Basically the only C2 Boost/Vac gauge that is available has a reading of 0-30psi. With the HBP or even if you decide to go with Scalberts Pulley, your still only going to be running at a max of 9psi. Quite a bit of overkill for a gauge that reads up to 30psi. With that C2 gauge the needle is only going to move 1/2 an inch at most which makes it hard to really get an accurate idea of what boost your running.

The Phantom gauge i went with reads up to 15psi and again even that is too much. Ideally i would have liked to have gone with a gauge that reads 0-10psi but I couldn't find one. But believe me i love the way those C2 gauges look.

But in the end after seeing the Phantoms lit up at night (they can light up either white, red or green) I was more then happy to go with them. Its personal preference but keep in mind the idea that you'll only be running 5.5psi of boost.

With that said I wasn't going to mix and match gauges so i went with a matching Phantom gauge for the Fuel Pressure.

Now even with a Fuel Pressure gauge that reads to 100psi your still going to spike it. However i felt it was more important to check the level of fuel pressure then the A/F ratio. YMMV

Thanks Chap for your input... helps in understanding a bit more appreciate the insight? so did you get your SC? Are you six speed or auto? If auto, the only reason I was getting the tranny temp was to monitor the temp and not be over boosting with its hot... Ur

S/C should be here next week and i'm an Auto.

I was thinking of getting the trans temp gauge as well but in the end I went with just the Boost and Fuel Pressure gauges.

Probably a good idea to mount one later on though.

Did you place your order for the S/C yet?

I thought it was only beneficial when used with an intercooled setup?

Yeah I'm getting the tranny cooler, and Mugen combo and they'll all be going in once the S/C arrives.

Like I said I’m definitely considering the Trans Temp gauge but it won't be until after the install at the dealer.

If you're not going to be running the IC and the 9psi of boost, its a waste to get.
