My car has been to the dealer (4) times lately for warranty repairs. Two of the times were caused by them ordering the wrong parts and my having to return a second time. The driver seat bottom they installed has a flaw in it and has to be replaced a second time. I have been trying to get a loner so that I would not be inconvenienced again, but they are doing so many transmission replacements this has not been possible. Tonight I dropped the car off and said they could have all day tomorrow to get the seat fixed and when they were done to do a full detail; wash, clay, polish and wax. To my surprise the service writer told me because of the problems I have had and my patience the detail would be at no charge. Pleasantly surprised!

i wouldnt want the dealer to detail my car but i guess it made u happy
