the AN-G3 instructions indicate that the antennae should be placed away from any GPS-type antennae. but it then also states that the AN-G3 booster should be placed in the upper corners of a fixed window. if i put these in the rear window then these two placement requirements become contradictory. has anyone placed them on the windshield? do they have to be on the same window? what about one in each rear side window?

the front window would be fine.


but you could also place it on the rear drivers side, as the gps receiver is towards the rear passenger side.


regardless, i dont think there would be much interference.

sounds more like an over precautionary statement to me.

think i'll go with the front windshield...

just wish someone would come out with black double-sided tape already!!! i don't wanna use those stupid "shileds" that are supposed to cover the white double-sided tape and go one the outside of the class. might as well put a "i'm hiding something cool and expensive here so steal me please" sign.
