Full Size Spare??

Can a full size spare tire, with macthing factory rim fit in the spare well in the trunk?? I hate donuts!!!!

At least on my old Integra, you're supposed to stick the flat in the spare well when the spare is installed. But the trunk floor piece won't fit down properly because the full sized tire is too wide.

The stock rim will fit in the spare well but it is too tall and the cover wont close all the way. Sorry if that didnt make sense
