Yeah they are looking good.
That's what I was doing with my Carbon Fiber splitter...except mines runs the length of the front end.
I think it squares out the front end which I think looks better.
Nice subtle upgrade.

I'd like to see a few more pics. Some angles from behind. From the side, sorta top down from the side. I just want to get a better idea of what it looks like on the car. As of right now it looks a little hodgepodge, cluttery etc. But the angles of the pics could be unflattering. More pics?

thanks for the input, guys. today was just basically a test fit: I had to dremel the overhang of the bumper on the under side so these would mount flat. I drilled 3 holes in each and secured them with 5/16 bolts and washers....now that I have them where I want them, I'm going to repaint them, and I actually might grind the rounded angles of the design to reflect the more "linear" and straight edges of the CL. I'll take more pics from the side during daytime tomorrow with my Canon. In person, they look sweet as hell, as they give the front a little more depth and a more aggressive appearance. I bought these from Rondog used for $50, so he might know where to buy them, and they are a universal fit. More pics tomorrow.

What about that chunky triangle plastic piece under the sides of the bumper?
That was giving me an issue when I was fitting up my splitter.
The underside of that bumper is not flat whatsoever.

It's part of the plastic fender lining....which I think runs under the front of the car to connect both sides.
I believe it lines up with the wheels if you feel underneath the bumper.
Someone told me it is to direct air away from the tires but I'm not sure what function it serves.

when I had my front bumper off installing the CAI, the plastic flap things that are squard off actually look like splitters (front bumper off), but actually seeing the splitters on the car itself
maybe if they were black or CF.

If I remember correctly these were originally Carbon Fiber and Ron painted them. This was on his old auto CL before the kit was produced. Anyway they might look nice if they were CF and you had a hood to match.
Noah - you have a full splitter installed? Pics?

It's a bitch to get fitted flat with the way the underside is on our bumpers.
The other solution was to get a body kit and cut it in half to give me a flat base.
That's what the import shop told me...doesn't sound like something that I'm into.
When I get it figured out...I'll definetly be posting pics.
But it might not work out for the CL...I'm still debating.
If I come up on a good deal for the TL lip...I might jump on it.
before I did the TL kit, I saw splitters like these pictured on ebay. They were only like 30-50 bucks I believe. Not much at all. And that looks like if you mounted those on the car. It would give you a flat enough surface to mount the carbon fiber full flat splitter underneath. Just an idea, it might look pretty cool too. very custom.
I haven't taken any more pics yet, i'm flying to SC today so it's been crazy. I still haven't figured out what i'll do yet, like i said before i just installed them to get the position I liked so when i repaint them, all i have to do is bolt it back up.
They were a carbon fiber color, and then Rondog painted them SSM. And actually they are fiberglass with probably a thin layer of carbon fiber for looks (i found this out when i was drilling my holes).

Well...I am having fitment issues so
it hasn't been completely installed yet
But if I take it down to the body shop...
I'm sure they can solve my problem...it's going to cost some money I don't have at the moment.
I'm worried about installing it though because my front end "as-is" is scraping on driveways and what not.
That is going to destroy the splitter since it sticks out even farther.
