if you're going for aesthetics i would go with working on your interior before your exterior. red interior swap FTW. my neighbor (revjunky from the s2ki forums) did a full red interior swap in his ap1. immaculate. that car is awesome.

i think picking out a lip depends on what sideskirts/rear lip you're going to put on? if you want to go with all oem, then go oem, if you want all mugen bling, then do it right and get mugen.

should be obvious what i'll say... haha.. oem lip all the way.

problem with the lip is that its lip only. it can look unbalanced at times... slim skirts and a rear diffuser and you'd be set completely.

well, i've traded out my original tan for black already. working on a black/red interior right now. all red interior is ap1 only, and too much red for me personally.
as for sideskirts, rear lip, i havent seen any sideskirts i like personally, so i'm probably going to go with something like the asm carbon side diffusers, not sure about the rear yet.

take a look at the mugen ap2, just front lip, no sideskirts or rear

bleh im probably going to go oem, only reason i don't want to is that my friend bought a gpw ap2 with an oem lip and i don't feel like being his twin.

oooh, traded out for all black, huh?

i didn't even know ASM made side diffusers...the only ones i saw were the custom made ones from AJ-Racing. did these ever get mass produced?

with those ASM sides, I think you should get an Amuse front end.

then again, i see nothing wrong with the mugen lip at all. just get the mugen rear.

GL with your decision. I love the s2ks. so many choices. damn. i should just buy an RL and get every amuse part and be done with it.

yea, i actually spoke to dickson from aj-racing recently and they're going back into production so i'm probably going with a pair of those.

im definitely doing amuse front somewhere down the line, but for now i just want a lip.

and damnit, im not used to having so many choices lol with the cl it was like struggling to find aftermarket support

not sure if you've seen this before, user name's diez on s2ki. most immaculate car i've ever seen.

doors alone are over 10k (asm dry carbon)

I like the oem.

On the thought of front lips, what do you guys with low cars do when you scratch the bottom of the lip? I know it's out of sight, but still it bothers me. I was thinking about having a body shop paint the very bottom of my lip either flat black or with truck bed liner. Crazy idea, but it would work in a pinch.
