Hey Guys

When our front bumper gets all jacked up from the road crap.. can we...

have the body/paint shop, sand it (or whatever they do) then paint to make it smooth again?

I know we can just buy another one....how much does that run?

You can get one online for a little over 2 bills.

 

i just had some focker only scratch my rear bumper near the plate frame and to refinish the entire bumper the body shop quoted me $615.00. I guess i'm gonna be sending the poor 88 year old man a bill.

Paint and Labor is probably gonna cost more than the bumper itself. I'm anal-retentive about my front bumper so i'd get it refinished.

 

I guess I'll get it refinished if the body shop gives me a good discount for doing the hood and bumper...and since they have to blend it in....oh well

 

 

I had my front bumper cover replaced and painted after fender-bender. It ran just under $500 for the whole thing (oem parts). They don't have to paint the hood either as if you look really close, the bumper doesn't match the rest of the car anyway....plastic bumper vs metal hood. I can't tell that mine was ever replaced. It looks great....the body shop seems to do a lot of them for acuras

 

what is this about????? You want to see a picture of a jacked up bumper???

Now if I said I just replaced my bumper and repainted the hood....I can see pictures being up.
