Is the front blinker considered a front turn signal or sidemarker?

I went to the partshop to get my blinker cuz my rides in the shop and the lade asked if it was a turn signal or sidemarker?
how many bulbs are in the light casing 3 right?
high beam , low beam and blinker.
She said there where 4 lights im confused?
what kinda bulb I need for the blinker?

Yeah... I think I need to know the part # for the blinker bulb also. I was in a accident a while back and the passenger side headlamp was all broken up.
It looks like the body shop used the same bulb for both the marker and the blinker because the passenger side blinker is light yellow now when it flashes vs the stock driver side blinker which is golden yellow.
I am assuming what they did is use a clear bulb for the blinker when it should be a yellow bulb?
Anyone know the part # or how hard it is to replace?
