FREE 30K MILE SERVICE!
I got a letter from Acura today as a follow-up to my actuator and Dealer problems -
"...after consideration of the details you provided us in our conversations, and the energy you expended in getting the final repair to your vehicle, as a one-time goodwill gesture, Acura will cover the cost of your 30,000 mile service. ...must be done at an Acura Dealership...just show them this letter..."
Cool! - Free oil and trans fluid change!
Not much, but better than nothin'!

Hey, that's pretty cool. It sucks you had to do all the leg work. But atleast they are coming forward and trying to make it up to you in some way.
