Free 2 step polish For CL's

Seeing everyone give away something for free made me want to join the fun.

Ok so here are the stipulations...

Toronto or GTA only (I'm sorry to our America family)

2nd Gen CL type S or P

The 13th post wins or anything right after that is from GTA (2 posts are allowed only)

And I will have to do it in the Spring time (winter, slush, cold you get the point and it would be better to shine then, instead of getting your paint to look perfect then have the slush and salt all over it)

Here is an example of my work...

https://acurazine.com/forums/wash-wax-23/wes_r-x-rsx-type-s-84-pics-394156/

which I'm sure most of you guys may have already seen.

Hooray freebies.

Just curious, what exactly does the claybar do for glass? If it wasn't so damn cold I'd go and try it out myself.

I guess Thunder Bay isn't GTA.

Very nice work anyways, and I'm sure to reference your post this spring. Thanks

Dude You do incredible work. I had a black car and it never looked that good. I'm going to try my Blackfire Wet Diamond on Monday and may follow up w/ carnuba after seeing what you do w/ PS21.

The avatar is actually the door on my CL when I first polished it.

When I get a chance I'm gonna post that write up.

To be honest not much cause glass is real hard and contaminants can't really get stuck there, but if there is anything on the glass the clay will rub it out.

I find it just good practice to clay as much as you can like the rims, glass, metal, even the interior trimming.

I got a 01 CL type S and clayed the bowling ball trim and then waxed it.

Let me look around I think I can find a detailer within your vicinity that can give you that calibre of work or maybe even better.

To be honest bro the main thing that really counts is a good polish to polish out the scratches then a second polish to burnish the paint to a high gloss.

The wax is just supposed to protect it afterwards. There are even $30000 dollar waxes out there but if you don't give the car a good clay, 2 step polish, then wax it would not shine aswell as a car that has been polished and just has a $50 dollar wax on it.

Gonna post pics for sure I got a couple write ups to put up also but because they take a long time(like two hours writing and uploading over 40 pics) I just haven't got the chance until lately.

The summer and fall were busy for me cause I was still working and trying to get my business going so I was doing like 12hr to 15hr days 6 days a week.

Either or works for me

I would love to put up a write up on a blue CL and have that in my portfolio.

Will talk in spring.

OK I think that's everything, man I love the CL forums past, present, and future we have some fun on this side.

Oh yeah and an official congratulations to Gnuts for winning, Merry Christmas bro. We'll make arrangements for when the weather is more promising and definitely do it before the spring CL meet LOL.

Thanks man, very generous of you. My car could really use a good polish.
My lady is definitely ready for a little one too, but she says she needs a ring first...so i'm saving up these days. I should be getting a raise and back pay in the summer. That'll do it.
