I'm very excited to see this car finish production. Since we have so many car news nuts. I figured someone might know where they are producing it, and when it's expected launch date is. Expected production numbers, and cost?

Damb that car is sexy. If I was a baller, I'd much rather have it over the Viper/Z06.

 

The car is actually just called the GT now, not the GT-40. It's not really in the same category as the Viper. The SRT is convertible and is $80k, the GT is a coupe and will be priced at $100k minimum.

When this car does finally come out, you won't be able to touch one for under $140k+.

I think this car is going to put the new meaning in "market adjustment."

ya, if they kept the old naming convention they'd technically have to name it the GT-43.5 right? (since it's 43.5 inches tall)

 

Well, they say that 3 will be made for 2003 then from 2005 on there will be 500 or so a year. Good luck on the first 3, I think 1 goes to Bill Ford, and the other two probably to Carrol Shelby (helped design the car) and maybe J Mays or someone else for the third one.
