As far as ford, the new Ranger we just bought had a cig lighter socket but they don't give the lighter... WTF.
Still look at Acura, you have to buy the lighter and tray seperate. Not that I smoke anymore....

 

domestic cars are always cheaper than imports when they are at same level of comparison.... they minimize the manufacture budget in order to gain more profit...

my jeep is a used one... the price is not bad .as i am the second onwer of that jeep and i know the first owner..the jeep does not have any accident or any damage..it is almost a 10 year old car and it has 185k miles on it with stock engine and tranny.....but the interior is really simple and no luxury at all...the reason i buy a jeep is that i want to have a suv as my second car...it is fun and really cool to drive and easy to maintain too..i change its fluid and oil all by myself... and the parts are chpear too

 

I'd hate to shock anyone in here, but Fords have never been known for their great extravagance. Look at the first ones that rolled off the line, talk about cutting back on the options, you only had one color-- Black....
