Additionally, any of our vendors could be a good bet as well:

If all else fails, there's always the junkyard or eBay

Andyport101, those are the Acura OEM fog light part numbers right & left side for model year 01 & 02.
The CL bumper Part # is 04711-S3M-A91ZZ. It fits the Base, Premium & Type-S models for 01; 02; 03.
The proof is on the link below, scroll down and look at the 'vehicle fitment' area:
2001-2003 Acura CL Face, Front Bumper (DOT) 04711-S3M-A91ZZ | Acura OEM Parts
Now if you use that same website to search the fog light part numbers I provided, it will tell you that they only fit model year 2001 and 2002.
Fog lights were not offered for CL model year 2003; however, IT'S THE SAME BUMPER. Therefore, they should fit your 2003 CL

2001-2002 Acura CL Light Unit, R Accessory 33901-S3M-A02 | Acura OEM Parts
Now, all you have to do is find out if they are still available and consider purchasing them.

You could also do what I did and cut the fake vent and cover it up with some sort of mesh and have your intake sit right there. I made my entire intake piping, so I have an adjustable piping that can turn 90°, and it sits right in front of that opening, so air gets rammed into it. Rain isn't an issue either.
But that's if you're after power instead of looks. Extra lights are nice.

I'd keep in mind that the factory ones aren't really fog lights. They're daytime running lights at best. If you want to use them as fog lights you're best off putting some actual fog lamps in there and then properly aiming them.
