you dont need a kit to do that. all you need is a couple hinges. it'll cost you under $5. find the local ricers and theyll tell you all about it

I think it should be hydraulically activated for rapid deceleration when your RADAR detector goes off.
Can you imaging the effect that would have if it “deployed” at 100MPH?

CL-S AIR BRAKES..... Just like the F-16’s have.
