Fix for Sticky Tinted Windows !!

To all of you with windows that stick--try Pledge!! Yes, the furniture wax. My tinter told me to NEVER use window cleaners because they have ammonia, which ruins tint, and gets "tacky". He said Pledge is good and it keeps a smooth film on the tint which prevents it from sticking and peeling. I've done this the last 2 years with no problems. Try it..

Another alternative you might try is Plexus. From what I understand, it is basically the same stuff that Pledge is without the smell and oils. I use it on the vinyl back window of my S2000 and it works great. After two years it is still crystal clear. Keeps it from getting scratched and hides small scratchs.

I've always used the "lemon" Pledge.
