I had to comment on how good their customer service is...although the blades didnt work for my Benz they credit me the money and told me to keep the blade.

I just cant believe that they dont make an adaptor for my vehicle

I would definetly do business with them again by the way they treated me.

Not always about the price or quality of the product. Some people get business because they are good companies and easy to deal with. I have had some people with good prices and a good product, but I would buy it from someone else who has a better attitude towards selling it.

All about customer support and being nice.

the MB wiper is too thick compared to the slim Sillblade....they special delivered every single type of adaptor and still doesnt work. at that point the told me to keep the blade and Ill get credit for the blade. I felt bad and told them I didnt want a freebie but they insisted on it.

They even thanked me for experimenting for them
