First Ticket

Not on the Acura, but on the Aprilia $137.50 this really sucks,
what really sucks is the actual citation itself

i'm pleading not guilty and fighting it

I take it you don't want to tell us what it was for? Sorry to hear that though, tickets suck.

Maybe it's a sign you should have come to PAA meet?

Non traffic citation summons

LOITERING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

big hangout parking lot in nazi edwardsville pa there is me, and a friend on a Ducati 996, we stop in because we saw a bunch of our friends on thier bikes parked, so first thing i do is go into the subway to grab a snapple (peach iced tea - it rules) - i smoke a cigarette and finish the snapple and we decide to go for a ride i put the empty bottle in the trash, get on the bike and start to drive through the parking lot and it looked like some kind of SWAT action going on, an unmarked skidded in front of me and the 996 hit the bullhorn, and turned on his lights in the rear view mirror , i asked (biting my tongue) how can i be loitering if i was patronizing the local subway - they didn't want to hear anything about that, he barked your in here your getting a ticket, so i stopped in subway and talked to the manager tonight, he said he would talk to the girl that works at night (she was off today) to see if she would sign a paper saying i was in there as a customer - she usually asks about the bikes and always remembers us when we go in there

so i'm pleading not guilty and fighting it
i'm 33 years old and my friend with the 996 is 35, were not the typical "fast and the furious" crowd that hangs out there

i think they said they were expecting over a hundred citations there that night, i guess someone on city council needs a new car or some home improvements

oh yeah the bad thing is another friend of mine was pulling up just as it happend they grabbed him also, all the tickets were pre-written (in someone elses handwriting other than the cops) saying we were loitering in parking lot for more than 30 minutes, nice they can write me up for something (at the time has not happened yet) - what next a speeding ticket pre-written for an undertermined speed?

he didn't need another ticket, he blew by a cop doing 147mph, (luckily the cop had his radar off) but he and my other friend took off, the set up a roadblock of 4 cars and fired 3 warning shots in the air, guns drawn and everything, took them both in but they got ROR - this was last tuesday, so i don't think he needed another ticket he has a 02 954rr

Man that IS some bullsh!t. That's messed up that cops will do that stuff. Definitely fight it. Did you save the receipt for your Snapple? Could come in handy!

Wow, that blows. If necessary, you could have Subway take a look at their surveilance tapes, if you don't have your reciept.
