Lost to a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland by I don't know half a car to 60mph. Before we raced I was talking to the guy at the light because I LOVE Jeeps and my dad has modded a few of them back in NY. All this guy did to his was the Bigger K&N Filter.

Which makes sense. I mean those things Stock which his pretty much was, they run like 6.6-6.9 depending on the mag who did it.
They also have AWD and grab immed. So I mean I think and I know that my moms Overland before my dad did work to it ran pretty much even with a CLS Auto to 60, so it would make sense I lost about half a car to 60.

Anyhow I love Jeeps. I still want a 2001 GCL, Kenne Belle Supercharger. My Dream car.

 

Shit you should have raced until atleast 80 and you would have walked him. I raced one of those fast Jeeps on the highway and walked away from him with ease. Those Jeeps are all 0 to 60 sprinters and run out of gas around 70....they almost remind me of a stock WRX.

Those overland models have a High Output 4.7L V8 w/265HP and 365Lbs ft of tq. He should have been even with you to 60mph if not beat you slightly but you should pull high end.
