Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knew of a drag strip around Pittsburgh, PA that is open to the public for racing. I'd like to see what my cl can do and my dad would like to take our 70 vette for a run. Ive tried searching the internet but havent had much luck. I know im always reading from people on here to take it to the track so i figured id see if anyone knows of a track in my area. Thanks.

Welcome to the board another fellow Cl and Pittsburgh er.. I'm up in cranberry but meet up with Smitty every once in awhile. And more then likely will be there Sunday.

 

Smitty, that raceway park is roughly 7 hours from where i live so thats not too promising (at least this year) but thanks for giving me the info. and btw stenojscott, i too am up in cranberry just a couple minutes from cranberry mall.

 

Nice.... I live about 5 minutes from the mall. You want to come out Sunday..? We can meet up and take a cruise... Smitty and "White Hot CL= Matt" will be out also..

Meet up around 12:30...? 20th=craig is going to meet up with us to cruise out to North Park.

How about Cranberry Mall lower level, some where in between Panera and the movies @ 12:30.. Either look for my car which is a 2001 Silver CLS or a yellow VW Gulf anniversary edition.
