Finally time to give my cl-s a rest

i have been driving my cl-s everyday since i have it for a year now..and it has 13500 miles on it..and i just bought a 1992 jeep cherokee sport yesterday..and time to enjoy some leisure driving and off road driving..u will not know how good to have a suv until u have it.. kind of glad now...

glad you're happy with your new car

and only 13,500 miles after a year? damn now i feel like i'm beating my car to death! (28,596 miles since July 2000)

My father's ML320 (soon a 430!) has a similar warning. But its constant 4wd. What I understand is this: There is a special mode you can put the vehicle in for towing and really, really horrible conditions. In one or both of those modes you can't do more than 55 (60?) miles per hour.

4 low does something funky like lock out the differential. Its only used in mud or sand where there's going to be a lot of wheelspin. If you use it on dry pavement, you'll destroy the tires and maybe more.
