Finally sent out my IceBox to get fixed. . .

I finally called up comptech the other day and told them about my problem with my Icebox(the screw on the lid got stripped) so they said to send it in and they'd look at it and fix it or send me a new one no problem. So now I don't have the full setup in because I sent them the entire box itself. So my only question is, will it be bad if I drive my car without the box there and leave the intake just kinda hangin on and not in the box?? I mean I don't see why I wouldnt be able to, it would be like just havin an AEM or any other short ram intake right?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks~

You should be fine. The main thing is that you're getting filtered air into the motor. You won't have the benefits of a cold air induction but you can run that way without a problem.

As long as you have a filter on the end of the intake you'll be ok. DO NOT run without any filter.
