So tonight, after 6 days of waiting for the bank to send me my check, I drove to Austin from San Antonio (1 hour and a half in bad weather) and picked up my 01 SMR CL_S! I can not believe how awesome this car is! For the last 6 days, since I agreed on a deal with the seller, I have been reading every thread I can get my hands on and loving every minute of it. But nothing could prepare me for the awesome drive home! I'm now the 2nd owner and the first owner was so anal about her car she even logged every single oil change in her owners manual. I will be putting LED's in and putting 03 tail lights on, also thinking about a slight drop (1.5") just to take away the 4x4 look and going to do the lip spoiler, I will post pics of my completely stock SMR very soon, thanks for everyone who has answered my questions! Let me know if you think there is anything else I should do immediately, the previous owner already put better rotors and pads on it BTW.

Its got tan leather, this woman who owned it must have weighed 100 lbs because the leather looks like it has never been sat in, and she told me she has had only 4 people in her back seat total. I will almost certainly be doing TL wheels but my uncle has an 06 RL and if he gets new rims I might see what they look like. Thanks for welcoming me to the SMR Club!

Thats awesome your up in Austin, once I get some things done we should meet up for some pics or something, I paid 10,250 for it and it has 83k on it, I would have to say it is in excellent condition via KBB standards, Im the 2nd owner and I feel very happy with my purchase. I love to drive her!
