FightingChance car buying info
Just an FYI for people looking into buying/leasing a new car from a dealership.. For $29 they'll give you a complete rundown of actual "dealer cost", holdback fee, incentives, etc. I used this service last Jan when I shopped for the '03CLS and was very satisfied.

And I'm in no way affiliated with, make $ from, etc. It's just a good service. Def worth it for me.

Only problem is...even if you know the true cost of the vehicle, doesn't mean the dealer will let it go any cheaper.
This may help on a vehicle that's been out a while or is being phazed out though.

With their "system" you do a fax-attack. Don't ever just deal with one dealer.. I think it's a great edge either way. You know exactly what the dealer is making on that car. I didn't want to get something for nothing but at the same time didn't want to F around with the dealers. I faxed about a dozen offer letters out, heard from 3 places and went with the "best" (price, location, etc) deal. Saved me about $2500.
