Feels like turbo lag

Today the car felt really slow. Maybe because it was like 800 degrees outside and very humid. Lower RPM's crawled until it got above 4000, then it screamed like normal and the power rush was there (kinda like turbo lag). I wonder how much horsepower is lost in hot & humid weather?

Check the actuator. Mine is broken and revs slow as shit.

Already been through the actuator saga, it was fixed a few months ago and still works.

At our monthly Sacramento area meets we have
"adventures in actuating". We open up those hoods and check em out. All 5 were fine today, so far so good.
