Farewell and thanks!

Well I got rid of the CL yesterday. Traded it in on a very clean 2001 Firebird WS6 6 speed. 51K miles. The CL treated me great the 3 years I had it. It ran great when i traded it in with 108,XXX miles. I just wanted something faster And man the WS6 is fast!

Anyways, I never posted to much on here. But was always on here! Was able to find a lot of great info. You guys have been great, I hope i can find firebird forums as good as these!

Thanks again!

-Steve

Nice upgrade man! Is the WS6 modded yet? Awsome miles!

Are you sure the WS6 is faster then a CLS? IDK about that!

Watch the rear end's on those F-bodies. They are known to be REALLY weak! Upgrade if you can to a larger rear axle.

Man I miss my 2000 TA, congrats on the pickup, especially since it's a WS6 6-speed. I will own another one before I die. I'm only about an hour from Summit, we should have a meet

That's on my list! Does anyone have any good tips for removing tint on the rear window without damaging the defroster lines?

soap, water, and a sponge, is what i think my tint placed used along with some elbow grease (along with a couple hours of labor)

might be easier to just pay someone to do it ; i think it was only like $100 to do mine, but worth saving the headache though, especially of having broken heater grid lines (and if they have to remove the tint again to fix the grid, it is on them...)(they still all work btw)

I fuckin hate u man. When I bought CLS 4 years ago I looked for the WS6 everywhere but back then they were way too pricey. Oh and I was driving a 95 camaro at that time, This is something I always wanted since I got rid of my 91 firebird. Keep it nice and classy this one is a beauty. Oh and my favourite is yellow driving lights and ofcourse the hood.
