Explain what Pulleys do...
Ok im getting these bad boys installed on tuesday, but i would like to know exactly what they do and the name of the places they install into.
I dont know much. But willing to learn.

Then engine supplies power the things like the alternator, power steering, power brakes, wate pump, etc. via a belt or belts. The crankshaft turns and the belts make the accessories turn. By changing the size of the pullies, you can divert less power from the engine to the accessories. So more power gets to the wheels.
