Not sure if any of you venture out of CL often, or how different the CL undercarriage is from the TL but i was able to get 2 pipes under the car. (its a little illegal) But i deleted the cat, put a in 1 out 2 muffler in its place then ran 2 2.25 pipes back to each comptech muffler. Sound is great and i definitely feel a increase in power

Ive run a test pipe a few times for track days and that makes a difference, but having this setup i can feel even more. I now have torque steer which ive never had before. I get a good spin of the tires into 3rd on some road surfaces now that ive never really had before. The stock piping was definitely restrictive
does it hang lower? it looks like it does.. also, do you think it'd be possible to run a true dual from each header?
the TL has a cat and 2 resonators while the CL has a cat and 1 resonator, i'm assuming you have no cats and no resonators now right!
haha.. should sound beastly already

No sound clips yet. Hopefully soon ill get some up.
I just cleaned the pipe up and degreased it and hit it with some high temp engine paint. Yes, i had the TL-P piping with the CT mufflers
It does but not by much. Its about 1" lower at its lowest spot (where it goes under the rear axle area)
You could run true dual but you would have to do some custom fabricating to make a header so that the rear one is equal length with the front and put a X or H pipe in.
For some reason the TL sounds different than the CL. With just the cat before the sound wasnt bad. With the quiet tip inserts in it was a perfect sound. With this setup its slightly quieter than before but nicer sounding.

Did you have the factory TL-P piping before with the CT mufflers?

I guess I'll have to drive around Appleton more to try to hear your car
I don't think anyone understands how rare it is to see another CL in Wisconsin. I believe I've only seen one other CL that was modded, and it was only a M3 spoiler.
