I get lots of PM’s asking questions about Mods or detailing tips for our cars.
I’m usually happy to help out and provide info.

The problem is that many people send you a PM and then I can’t reply because their box is full.
Not to mention that when you hit SEND you usually can’t get the text of your reply back to save for later.

Here is what you need to do:
Be sure to check: INBOX, SENT and MESSAGE TRACKING folders because they all count towards your allowable total.
I believe the total allowed is (50) messages.

Be sure to set the “Show messages from” option to “FROM THE BEGINNING” instead of the default setting of “TWENTY DAYS”.
Most people probably have tons of old messages that are MONTHS old.

PS… MODS…. Maybe this should be a “sticky” for a few days

 

man, i keep getting emails that mky PM box is full...but it is not!! i erased everything and i still get that message. Something is funky.

 

Set your view to From the Beginning and magically tons of old PMs will become visible. Now delete those.

LOL.. just cleared mine out yesterday. Didn't realize it was so full. It does fill up quick, so everyone should set the time frame back to the beginning and do some spring cleaning

Everyone should check the Sent box, cause when I was a Noob, my box was full, but there was nothing in my Inbox, I couldn't figure it out. Now I know.

 

Nova white, and loseit, I replied to you guys today (nova, tried again to apologize to you), but you mail boxes says they are full.
