I wanted to know if anyone has additional information about esurance.com

They are giving me discounted quotes, but I have no background information about that company.

They are an insurance company, not an insurance broker.

yeah i was thinking about gettin insurace through them too but i was going to post to see if anyone has used them b4 but looks like u beat me to it...

other insurance companies (gieco,allstate,farmers,etc..)quoted me at like $300+/month for an 01 CLS while esurance quoted me at $218 a month

Just like any other business. Check with BBB for complaints. I think there's a state insurance agency also to check for complaints. Does it work like a warranty where if they go out of business you lose out on your unclaimed premium?

My current insurance just increased my 12 month rate to over $4500. Esurance quoted me $2750 for 12 months. I'll be switching when my policy is up in May.

yeah, they quoted me like 1800 bucks for 6 months, not to bad seeing as im only 19

Yeah i am 20 years old and they quoted me at a lil under $1300/6month i think it was $1280/6months but yeah i plan on gettin insurance from them if they are good...

I'm guessing they'll suck with claims though. Usually the cheaper companies' services suck.

Have my Acura and Prelude insured by them - helpful, efficient, extremely easy to deal with - good rates...

Cheap insurance my a$$!! They quoted me $1856 for 6 months - I currently pay $516 for identical coverage. I think I'll stay with Nationwide thank you very much ...........
